The Renaissance city walls, the large Piazza Napoleone (Napoleon square) with the Palazzo Ducale, the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral square) and the Roman Amphitheater are just a selection of the places that we will quickly reach by bike.
We will meet directly at the bicycle rental and after choosing our bikes we’ll start discovering Lucca, cycling along the Renaissance walls and on narrow streets of the Middle Ages.
We’ll see the most important monuments, churches, towers and squares, and we’ll learn about the interesting stories of the local people.
Being a large part of Lucca limited to vehicle traffic, the bike ride is perfect for getting around comfortably.
It is advisable to meet the guide 15 minutes before the tour starts.
