Day 1
Discover Lucca’s city centre with a guided tour in the name of food! Entice your tastebuds with the iconic delicacies and typical products of the city. In the afternoon, take part to a guided visit of one of Lucca’s National Museums to get to know Lucca’s historical relationship with food. Alternatively, enjoy Lucca from a different perspective, at 50 metres from the ground!
To top it all off, enjoy your dinner at a restaurant in Lucca’s city centre based on traditional products and excellent wines of the area.
Day 2
Take part in the tour Giacomo Puccini “buongustaio” (lit. “Giacomo Puccini gourmet”): visit the Maestro’s Birth Home. During the tour you will experience a mix of music, food and wine. At the end of the tour, a special tasting of local products from the area of Lucca will wait for you in a unique location.
In the afternoon, enjoy your free time among the market stands of the city centre.
